ROTBAN STRUCTURAL SERVICES CORP. Ltd. warrants that we will perform all work in an effective and professional manner. We will at all times comply with Roofing Institute of B.C. standards, and building codes and bylaws, including WCB regulations. We supply our customers with proofs of fulfillments on request.
We guarantee that for a period of 5 (five) years after completion of the work contracted, we will respond within 24 hours and investigate any problems concerning leaks where services have been provided by us. We will correct any situations concerning incorrect workmanship resulting in leaks, at our cost. There will be no leaks outside of an Act of God.
Quality workmanship is a hallmark of our 50 year success in this industry. Our quality management program involves all our employees, in a team effort.
Not covered in this guarantee are gutter and downspout leaks. Skylight leaks are guaranteed for one instance per skylight only. Both of these areas require limited responsibility due to the fact that serious undetectable underlying problems could exist due to improper original installation - as opposed to our maintenance services. If we are called and discover the problem is not our within our contracted responsibility we may require a service fee for time and travel expenses.
